Return Policy

Here at Modimel we take extreme pride in providing and maintaining excellent customer service as well as an optimal quality product. Each unit is made upon request. Our hair is carefully examined by our tenured team before being shipped out. As such, we maintain a strict NO RETURN policy. Any complaints should be sent in via email or call within 7 days upon receiving the product. All complaints will be promptly addressed by a Modimel team member to find a solution that satisfies both the client and company.

Shipping Policy

Each Shiloh wig is made upon request once your order is completed. Please allow 7-10 business days for construction. Our bundles and extensions are sent out immediately once your order is  complete. An email will be sent once your order is processed. Allow for 5-7 business days for shipping. This does not include non-business days and holidays. Please note that once shipped out, we are not responsible for any delays.

International orders:  

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs fees or duties. Please consult with your local customs agency for more information prior to ordering. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees to receive your package.

*Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays.
